This guide shows you how to install, configure, and trade with SeikaAlgo on TradingView. It’s written for first‑time users and power users who want to get the most out of the built‑in signal filters.
1) Introduction
SeikaAlgo is an invite‑only TradingView indicator that overlays clear buy/sell signals and a color‑coded trend line directly on your chart. It’s designed to be visual, fast, and stress‑free: signals print only after candle close (no repaint), and you can optionally add advanced filters to focus on higher‑probability setups.
What you’ll get
Buy (B) and Sell (S) labels on chart
A color‑changing trend line for instant trend read
Optional signal filters (trend alignment, strong‑candle, session, etc.)
Works on any market and timeframe (stocks, crypto, forex, futures, options)
2) Quick Start (TradingView)
Follow these steps to go from zero to signals in under 3 minutes:
Create/Login to TradingViewIf you don’t have an account yet, create one and log in.
Request Access (Invite‑Only)After you start a free trial or subscription, your TradingView username is granted access (typically within 24 hours).
Add SeikaAlgo to a ChartOpen any chart → Indicators → Invite‑only scripts → SeikaAlgo → Add to chart.
Confirm Signals & Trend LineYou should see B/S labels and a color‑coded trend line (green = bullish bias, red = bearish bias).
Tip: You can run SeikaAlgo on multiple symbols/timeframes at the same time and save it to a TradingView layout.
3) Reading the Signals
Buy (B) label: A long setup.
Sell (S) label: A short setup.
Trend line:
Green trend line → upward bias; price above trend line favors longs.
Red trend line → downward bias; price below trend line favors shorts.
Signal timing: Labels print only once the bar closes (no repaint). Expect signals to be stable and final at close.
4) Feature Overview
Clear Buy & Sell Signals — Visual B/S labels on the chart.
Simple Trend Confirmation — Integrated color‑changing EMA at a glance.
Visual & Stress‑Free — Minimal clutter; defaults work out of the box.
Any Market, Any Timeframe — Adapts to day trading or swing trading.
No Lag, No Repainting — Signals confirm on candle close; no flicker.
Advanced Signal Filtering — Toggle filters to elevate signal quality.
5) Settings & Filters (How to Use)
Open the indicator’s Settings (gear icon). The options below use plain language and beginner‑friendly defaults.
A. Core settings
Trend Line PeriodControls the speed of the trend line. Lower = faster/more flips. Higher = smoother/fewer flips.
Trend Line Color SmoothingReduces color flicker on the trend line.
Trend Line Color ChangeTurn on to show a green/red trend. Turn off if you want a single‑color line. (Signals are unaffected.)
Plot OffsetCosmetic shift of the line forward/back.
How filters work: If you turn on more than one filter, a signal must pass all of them to appear. Start with one or two filters, then add more only if needed.
B. Advanced Filters
Strong SignalShows signals only when price agrees with the Strong Signal Length Smooth.
Why use it: Focuses on momentum entries, fewer weak pokes.

Bull/Bear Bar (decisive close)Requires a strong close near the high (for buys) or near the low (for sells). You choose how close using Minimum Bar Body Position %.
Why use it: Demands stronger conviction on the signal bar.
Good start: 50–60% (higher % = stricter, fewer signals).
C. Stop line (visual aid)
An optional dashed line that starts ~20 ticks beyond the signal bar and then ratchets with the move. It only updates on closes in your trade direction so it doesn’t loosen during pullbacks.
6) Alerts
Set TradingView alerts to be notified without staring at charts:
Right‑click chart → Add alert → Condition = SeikaAlgo (select the specific signal/event) → choose Once per bar close for confirmed signals.
